PM-International Appoints Adrien Rincheval Chief Sales Officer

PM-International announced a key transition at the top of its global corporate management: Starting from June 2026, Adrien Rincheval assumes the role of Chief Sales Officer Europe (CSO Europe). With this appointment, PM-International is highlighting their commitment to their global sales team: continuity, collaboration and leadership as a long- term strategy.

Sven Palla, who joined PM-International in 2010 as Director of the German Sales Team before being appointed CSO Europe in 2023, transitions to the Advisory Board. Over the past decade, he has been one of the most influential figures in PM-International’s growth and expansion. Under his leadership, the German market alone grew by more than 1,300%.

Adrien Rincheval’s promotion to CSO Europe is the next step in PM-International’s global sales strategy. He has been part of PM-International for over a decade, beginning his journey at the young age of 27, building successful leadership in France. This experience gave him a firsthand understanding of the field and has defined his leadership approach ever since. At PM-International, he built the French subsidiary from the ground up, then took on broader responsibility in his corporate position as Regional General Manager Sales, developing Western European markets with a clear track record of success.

Most recently, as Junior CSO Europe, Rincheval worked in close collaboration at the side of Sven Palla in a planned transitional period, taking over more and more responsibilities for the sales strategies across more than 30 countries and contributing to the development of PM-International’s internal management and regional structures. This transition was part of a long-term plan for PM- International’s continuous growth and expansion in the region.
