Herbalife has been named to TIME’s list of America’s Best Companies 2026. This prestigious award is presented in collaboration with Statista, the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.
The list recognizes organizations that demonstrate excellence across three core areas: employee satisfaction, sustained financial performance, and environmental, social and governance (ESG) transparency.
“Being named to TIME’s list of America’s Best Companies reflects the strength of our employees, our independent distributors, and the culture we’ve built across Herbalife,” said Herbalife Chief Executive Officer, Stephan Gratziani. “This recognition highlights our continued focus on delivering strong performance, supporting our people, and operating responsibly across our business.”
The list evaluated U.S. companies with more than $100 million in revenue in the most recent fiscal year, with 1,000 companies ultimately included on the list. Rankings are based on input from approximately 217,000 employee surveys assessing workplace culture, compensation, and employer reputation. Financial performance is evaluated using multi-year revenue, profitability, and asset growth metrics, while ESG evaluation considers environmental impact, social responsibility, and governance practices.
For over 45 years, Herbalife has empowered millions of people to reach their nutrition, health and wellness goals through science-backed products and the individual coaching provided by its network of independent distributors.
