Saladmaster, a global cookware brand within the Regal Ware family, announced the appointment of Joseph (Joe) C. Loch as President of Saladmaster. Joe brings more than two decades of leadership building high performance teams, revitalizing brands, and scaling business and direct selling systems across North America and international markets.
“Joe has a people first, data driven leadership style that fits our business, and a strong record of brand building and growth as well as the building of strong teams,” said Ryan Reigle, Chairman & CEO of Regal Ware. “He will help us elevate the consumer experience, simplify how we enable dealers and consultants to do business, and advance the Science of Saladmaster across platforms.”

“This is a moment of continuity and momentum for our field,” said Ayo Olaseinde, Board Chair of Saladmaster. “Joe’s experience supporting business owners aligns with our field first mindset and our commitment to helping people build thriving businesses.”
Saladmaster’s 2026 focus includes advancing the “Science of Saladmaster” positioning, modernizing our experiences, expanding in key global and multicultural markets, and improving service levels through regional sourcing and a global 3PL. The brand remains committed to empowering dealers and consultants with simplified tools, training, and recognition.
