4Life has named Ruben Felix as the company’s corporate counsel.
Felix’s areas of expertise include contract management, legal negotiations, data analytics, fact finding, and e-discovery. He comes to 4Life after serving as corporate counsel at Domo, Inc., where he was responsible for SaaS agreements, sales team representation, and high-volume NDA review.
4Life Chief Legal Officer Clayton Jones said, “Ruben will focus on supporting the success of 4Life and its Affiliates with responsibility over contract management, employment law, and privacy-related issues. I look forward to the contributions he’s certain to make.”
Felix earned his Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University (BYU). He is fluent in Spanish. His personal interests include playing futsal, writing, collecting sneakers, and spending time with his wife and three kids.
