PM-International set a new milestone with its Leadership Event 2024 in Berlin, Germany. Over 2,200 top Leaders from around the world gathered to discuss future strategies and celebrate achievements. This event marked the largest Leadership Event in the company’s history and underlined its continuous growth.
CEO & Founder Rolf Sorg used the opportunity to give a glimpse into a significant product innovation in the range of FitLine nutritional supplements planned for 2025. He announced a “product revolution” with the potential to transform the nutritional supplement market and open new opportunities for PM-International’s distribution partners. While no details have been disclosed yet, the announcement and first product testimonials created excitement among attendees, the company said.
Another important moment of the event was Vicki Sorg, PM-International’s Charity Ambassador, announcing that the company’s PM We Care Foundation is significantly increasing its annual donation to support children in need. PM We Care donates €2,376,000 to the humanitarian aid organization World Vision. Through this contribution, the company will support an additional 600 children, raising the total number of sponsored children to 6,600 worldwide.
In his speech, Rolf Sorg also highlighted PM-International’s successful commitment to the direct sales model. He emphasized that the company will continue to rely solely on this distribution channel and has no plans to adopt omnichannel models.
He concluded his speech, saying, “Direct sales is not just part of our past at PM-International; it is our present and our future.” This clear stance reflects the company’s confidence in the strength and relevance of direct selling. The latest growth records from 2024 reinforce this decision: November saw a record number of new distributor registrations, and PM-International recorded its highest-ever monthly retail sales in the company’s history. These achievements underline the company’s positive trajectory and growth potential.
