Rodan + Fields announces that Dimitri Haloulos, has been selected as the company’s next Chief Executive Officer and President. Haloulos, formerly Rodan + Fields Chief Growth Officer, will succeed Diane Dietz. Dietz has led the company during her five years as CEO + President. Haloulos and Dietz will partner together to ensure a seamless transition through the end of April.
Haloulos has an MBA from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science degree from West Point. He served as an officer in the United States Army. He has held leadership positions with Procter & Gamble, Albertsons, and Safeway. Haloulos has over 20 years of omni-channel experience in the consumer-packaged goods and retail space. He joined Rodan + Fields in January 2020 as the Chief Growth Officer. Prior to Rodan + Fields, Haloulos served as the CEO of BevMo! for four years, leading the transformation of the West Coast’s leading specialty beverage retailer.
