PM-International announced it is investing $22 million in the development of its new Headquarters for the Americas. This milestone is part of the company’s continued commitment to enhancing operations and supporting its distributors in North and South America.
The newly planned Headquarters is located in Florida, and will serve as a central hub, housing both administrative offices and a state-of-the-art fulfilment centre. An investment of $9.5 million investment is dedicated to securing new construction grounds. Designed to support the increasing demand in the region, the fulfilment centre will streamline operations and
ensure efficient delivery of PM-International’s premium health, fitness, and beauty products of their FitLine® brand throughout North and South America.
The acquisition of land allows PM-International to build 50,000 square feet of warehouse and office space in the first construction phase, and in further steps, up to a total of 188,000 square feet designed to support the company’s future trajectory and accommodate a market that is projected to exceed $1 billion.
“We are excited to establish a stronger footprint in the Americas,” said Rolf Sorg, CEO and Founder of PM-International. “This investment not only reflects our commitment to both direct selling as a business practice and to expanding in key markets in this region, it also ensures that we are equipped to deliver premium services and support to our distributors as
we work towards our goal of reaching $5 billion in annual sales until 2027.”
The new building will also feature a flagship store (Direct Sales Center), offering a unique opportunity where distributors and their customers can directly engage with FitLine’s full range of products.
“This expansion goes beyond just company growth and the big potential we see in our markets in the Americas; it’s about positively impacting the community as well”, says David Wensinger, PM-International America’s Chief Operations and Finance Officer. “With the construction of this new facility, we will initially create 100 new jobs across various departments, including operations management, manufacturing, and distribution, and more.
