Herbalife announced that Susan Brown has been named the new vice president, Head of Global Corporate Communications, effective immediately. Brown reports to executive Vice President and Chief of Staff, Ibi Montesino.
In this role, Susan Brown will be responsible for Herbalife’s communications function, leading the development and execution of all internal and external communications, the company said. She will oversee corporate reputation, and advance communications strategy in support of the company’s objectives.
“Susan brings a wealth of experience in communications and reputation management for global companies to this leadership role, and we are excited to welcome her to the Herbalife family,” said Ibi Montesino.
Prior to joining Herbalife, Susan Brown was the head of global corporate communications for Tyson Foods and Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC), and held communications leadership roles at companies like SITA and Emirates Airlines. She lived and worked in Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates as well as the United States.
Brown has a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Arizona State University, and a Master of Arts degree in International Policy Studies from Middlebury Institute of International Studies.
