The Young Living Alumni Center at Utah Valley University celebrates the official opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Young Living donated $4.5 million for the center’s construction to support the education of individuals, families, and taxpayers across the community.
“We are excited about the opening of the UVU Young Living Alumni Center and its impact on alumni and students,” says Mary Young, CEO and Co-Founder of Young Living. “We recognize the immense value of creating a space where alumni can return and foster a sense of community and mentorship that reflects Young Living’s commitment to holistic growth and a brighter future for all.”
The state-of-the-art alumni center is over 30,000 square feet, including two stories with 25 offices, four conference rooms on each level, and a large event space.
The center was built to accommodate the rapid growth of alumni. Over 80% of alumni remain in Utah one year after graduating, while 77% remain living in the state even 10 years later. This building will serve as a gathering place for those alumni, also housing the school’s philanthropies department, known as Institutional Advancement.
