20 families in the Philippines received new homes, courtesy of Gawad Kalinga and Foundation 4Life Philippines.
In addition to a new home, each family received housewarming presents, gifts for the children, and were treated to a Jollibee meal.
Gawad Kalinga is focused on alleviating poverty in the Philippines. Gawad Kalinga, Foundation 4Life Philippines, and the families who now live in these homes worked for more than 1,600 hours to build these houses.
