AdvoCare welcomes Brad Pace to the AdvoCare team as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs & Compliance. Brad has built his career in the field of regulatory affairs, bringing his dedication and expertise to AdvoCare, the company said.

After co-founding and growing a successful regional CPG company with his family—where he discovered a talent for bridging the legal and product worlds—Brad went on to join USANA Health Sciences, Inc., a global leader in health and wellness. He began as a Regulatory Specialist and advanced to become Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs. In this role, he oversaw regulatory affairs and quality improvement for an organization generating over $1 billion in annual revenue across 25 international markets.
Brad is an expert in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and developing robust compliance strategies for various product classifications across diverse marketed platforms. Brad understands the importance of protecting organizational legacy, remaining flexible, and ensuring continuous improvement is an adopted value.
Brad has been awarded multiple higher education degrees, including three Master of Science degrees, most recently receiving a Master of Science in Regulatory Affairs from San Diego State University in 2024.
