
Vorwerk LLC (Thermomix USA) announced the appointment of Ryan McLarry as Chief Executive Officer. McLarry brings nearly two decades of cross-industry leadership in consumer innovation, strategy, and sales, marking a pivotal moment for the brand as it accelerates its growth domestically.
Ryan McLarry’s appointment comes at a transformative moment for Thermomix USA, as the brand prepares for the highly anticipated launch of the Thermomix TM7™ on September 2. This milestone also follows the June opening of the company’s flagship Experience Center in Dallas and the addition of Marketing Director Sunny Yarrish in April.
With extensive cross-industry experience spanning home appliances, consumer electronics, industrial technology, and TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecom), McLarry has held senior leadership roles. He also played a key role in AT&T’s Corporate Strategy team, shaping growth initiatives for one of the world’s largest communication companies.
Holding an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. from the University of Michigan, McLarry’s career began with direct sales at Cutco, where he quickly became a top performer – a foundation that fuels his passion for empowering the Thermomix community of consultants to share the brand’s game-changing kitchen innovation.
