U.S. Direct Selling Association announced its newly elected officers and directors to the Board of Directors. Board officers will each serve one-year terms in their elected positions, and directors will each serve three-year terms.
DSA’s officers and directors are widely recognized as top channel leaders who steadfastly guide the Association’s strategic direction and advance its mission on behalf of the direct selling channel.
“Strong leadership has never been more important for direct selling,” said Dave Grimaldi, president and CEO of the Direct Selling Association. “Our Board brings together accomplished executives with deep experience across the channel. I look forward to working alongside them as we continue advancing advocacy, strengthening industry standards, and ensuring direct selling remains a vibrant opportunity for entrepreneurs across the country.”
Officers (term expiring in 2027):
- Chairman: Andrew Schmidt, Regional President – West Markets, Amway
- Vice Chair: Nevena Srebreva, Chief Executive Officer, Pampered Chef
- Vice Chair: Allison Levy, Chief Legal Officer, Mary Kay Inc.
- Treasurer: David R. Merriman, Executive Vice President, ACN
- Immediate Past Chairman: Danny Lee, President & Chief Executive Officer, 4Life
- Past Chairman: Kevin Guest, Executive Chairman of the Board, USANA Health Sciences
