4Life announced Ross Terry’s return to 4Life as Vice President of Global Markets.
Terry worked at 4Life from 2011 to 2021. He served as director of customer support and training and then as vice president of business development and training. In June of 2021, Terry left the company to serve as President for ALUVA—a multi-vertical global wellness brand.
Chief Global Operations Officer Dave Nash said, “Ross’s in-depth knowledge of our cultural and operational ethos, as well as his knowledge of the 4Life compensation plan, give him a strong platform from which to immediately begin serving the needs of our field leaders and executive team alike. I look forward to his contribution as we begin this new year.”
Terry’s expertise includes global customer experience modeling (CX and CS), large-scale operational support, AI integration, business processing across the sectors of SaaS (software as a service), ecommerce, and wellness. He has a history of success in merging technology, analytics, and empathy to scale digital-first customer experiences.
