Nature’s Sunshine Products announced the appointment of Heidi Wissmiller as Chairman of the Board of Directors. She succeeds Richard D. Moss, who has retired after serving as a Director since 2018 and Chairman since 2022.
Heidi Wissmiller has served on the Board of Nature’s Sunshine since 2020. Over the course of her tenure, she has chaired the Governance and Risk Management Committees. As Chief Growth Officer at Rodan + Fields (“R+F”), the leading skincare brand in North America, she led the company to more than $1 billion in incremental revenue growth. She also led the creation and launch of R+F Virtual, for which she received two co-patents, and was featured as a keynote speaker at IBM Think convention and Salesforce Dreamforce Conference.
“Heidi’s leadership in driving growth, enhanced by digital innovation, along with her strategic and operational expertise from her roles at globally recognized companies such as PepsiCo, E&J Gallo Winery, and Mondelez (formerly RJR Nabisco) make her exceptionally qualified to lead the Board,” said Terrence Moorehead, CEO of Nature’s Sunshine.
